Jason grew up in Montana and Wyoming. He attended High School in Star Valley Wyoming. In an effort to escape the relentless Wyoming winds he and his family moved to Oregon. Jason is happy to call Southern Oregon home now. His favorite activities include spending time with his wife Chelsea, two daughters, Aven and Renna and son Tate. He enjoys golf, basketball, waterskiing and wakeboarding.

She is a mother of 2 wonderful boys and is very active with their schools. She currently serves as the Chairperson on Policy Counsel for the Southern Oregon Head Start Association. She loves to travel and has lived from here to Kansas City to Virginia Beach, but Oregon has always remained home.
Sharon is the Director of First Impressions with 20+ years’ experience in the legal field. Since moving from California, Sharon is one of our “almost” natives. She spends her time outside of Arant & Broesder, where she has worked since 2010, with animals, the garden, camping and gazing fondly at Harley Davidsons.
Tana has been with Arant & Broesder since 2013. She has over 10 years of experience in the legal field and has her A.S. Degree from Rogue Community College in Criminal Justice. Tana was born and raised here in the Rogue Valley and loves the activities and recreation that our area provides. She loves hiking, volleyball, reading and photography.
Chelsea completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Wyoming in Laramie. She has an adventurous spirit with a new project or activity always on the horizon. Chelsea has been working with Jason at the law office since 2005 and in life since 1992. Spending time with her family, and exploring new places top her favorite things list. Of all the places she has explored, no place feels as home as the Rogue Valley.
